Sheds covering less than 150 square feet must be at least five feet from the property lines.  Larger sheds, up to 250 square feet, must be at least ten feet from all property lines.  Sheds larger than 250 square feet must comply with the setback requirements of the zoning district.
Swimming PoolUse SHIFT+ENTER to open the menu (new window).
Swimming pools are not permitted in the front yard of a house.  They must be at least twenty-five feet from all property lines and at least fifteen feet from the house.
